Holiday Inn Prague Airport

I had a fantastic experience from the moment I arrived. I got to the hotel a bit early, but Victor at the front desk completely made my day by getting me checked in right away, a huge special thanks to him, he’s a great guy! My room was spotless, spacious, and had an incredible view. I was lucky enough to watch gorgeous sunrises two days in a row, which made the stay extra special. A huge thank you as well to the breakfast team and the chef. They took extra care of every single guest, always greeting us with warm smiles and friendly service. The food quality and variety were outstanding with so many options to choose from (my personal favorite was the fresh, juicy watermelon!). Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. Thank you so much to the whole team for everything, you guys are amazing!

This is a generally traveller-friendly hotel located somewhat to the side of the airport terminals. We arrived late and tried to reach it on foot with a heavy trolley, which proved unwise since it took us some time to understand how to reach the hotel, even though I had asked for and received a plan before our arrival. It's definitely advisable to take a bus. The room we had was functionally adequate and comfortable at decent value. The room was clean and well prepared for the guests. Despite its proximity to the airport, the room was remarkably quiet. The service was efficient and fast.

Wonderful hotel and amazing treatment of guests! Close to the airport, nice breakfast, nice rooms. ​It's a beautiful hotel where you really know how to take care of those who stay. ​There was a little problem on our first night, but the staff reacted instantly and solved everything in the best way. I want to thank manager Radek from the bottom of my heart. Frankly, I did not even expect our issue to be treated with such sincere seriousness and deep attention. His concern and approach left a most heartwarming impression. ​Thank you so much for your hospitality and soulful service! We'll definitely come back again.
