Hotel Alwyn

Thank you to the whole team at Fitzgerald Prague for making my stay such a pleasurable experience. From the lady who welcomed me on arrival, to the gentleman working the front desk over the weekend, and the breakfast team each morning — everyone was absolutely brilliant. As a Bonvoy Lifetime member, I usually stay with Marriott properties, but I chose this hotel to be close to friends and I’m so glad I did. Honestly, I will always stay here when in Prague going forward — it was ideal for my needs. Thank you again to all the staff for such warm and professional hospitality.

Pleasant small hotel in a very quiet road with goo public transport and many Asian restaurants around the corner. The room was comfortable, a kettle would have been nice in the room for some tea or coffee. The shower is quite narrow and better cleaning of the room would be nice. There was a dirty sock from one of the previous guests left in the room (luckily it didn't smell). Breakfast was ok but but bit limited.

4* for the helpful, easy and genuine approach of the staff and the location which is in a quiet street about 15min to the very centre. The hotel overall looked smart but there were some issues with my room initially (not fully clean and some unpleasant tobacco/drain smells). The gym also really needs some TLC I'm afraid. The style of the hotel is adult and sophisticated so was a little disappointing experiencing these issues in a hotel that generally fits in well for a good price.
