Hotel Pankrac

Writing a review on this place is impossible.. we stayed for 4 days.. our room was never opened to do a minimum of cleaning.. not even the bags in the bucket.. two towels that also smelled, we stayed there for 4 days without ever changing them.. not to mention the bathroom..

Sympathetic accommodation with good access to public transport. The room is clean, the furnishings are older. Breakfast is room-service, appropriate for the price, but a little monotonous. Thin walls do nothing to hide the noise from the surrounding rooms and the corridor. The room was not facing quite a busy road, so the noise from the street did not disturb us. The staff seems pleasant.

I am a disabled person in a wheelchair, I was unable to use the hotel services because it was completely inaccessible, even though I was told otherwise. I spent a total of 20 minutes in that place, I had to pay the full price even though I wasn't in the facility. Not an excuse, not a way to accommodate me. Terrible, in every way
