K+K Hotel Fenix

We had an excellent stay at K+K Hotel Fenix with my family. The location is unbeatablesuper convenient for getting around Prague. The room was lovely, very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of delicious options, and the reception staff was extremely kind and welcoming throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families visiting the city

Getting to the hotel from the airport was really easy we normally get an uber which can work out to be expensive but we decided as we had loads of time to kill we will use the public transport u can get a ticket from the info desk at the airport we paid 50czk each which gives u 90mins worth of travel u get the 59 bus and stay on there till the end and then u will need to get the metro which is line A and we got off at the muzeum then walked down to the hotel We arrived really early at the hotel check in isn’t until 2pm but got here for 11.30am as wanted to drop our bags off but they checked and said a room was available which was handy we booked a classic room with balcony we were on the 3rd floor upon entering the room it was lovely and cold as the air con was on bathroom slightly on the small side but room was a good size we had twin beds and the balcony is very small but does have a table and x2 chairs which was nice the bed was very comfy and so were the pillows although square they have plugs by the bed wardrobe with safe and hangers they also have slippers which is handy the hotel location was great literally walk out hotel turn right and ur bang on the square (primark opposite) they have free water which was a bonus and fridge tea/coffee facilities in the bathroom the shower has shampoo n conditioner hot water and good pressure the sink in the bathroom has body lotion which is even better also a hair dryer ! First impressions was great Upon getting into the shower the side handle was broken and loose when I held onto it I thought it was going to break off advised reception of this but not to worry until we check out The shower is good but the shower screen doesn’t go all the way which is a shame cause u get water splashes into the floor The air con to me is great however at night I found that the air con wasn’t as cold as during the day to me a good air con is when the room is freezing cold However I did notice on the bedroom door that there isn’t a lock and also no lock on the bathroom door either Breakfast was a good choice however the eating area is a bit small but u can eat outside by the bar (which I didn’t know) plenty of choices of herbal tea food choices were good as well hot and cold and tea/coffee and good size mugs Staff were helpful and friendly

Great location about a 15 minute walk from the old town. We booked a premium room and it was large comfortable and quiet - we were courtyard facing on the third floor. We were there 7 nights. Housekeeping was reliable and to a high standard and there was a variety of choices for breakfast. Staff were friendly and welcoming though as a gay couple being told on check in we ‘ obviously’ would want a twin room was off putting and we did say no a double which was provided. It was gay pride week in Prague so shouldn’t have been that suprising! Overall a great base to explore Prague.
