Such a lovely hotel that is in close proximity to the Square and clock. The rooms are comfy. Front desk is extremely helpful. Breakfast is great.

Hotel not updated. The air conditioning did not work. Then they moved me to another room where the bathroom DID NOT HAVE A SHOWER, only a bathtub, and the HAND SHOWER WAS UNCOMFORTABLE. Broken towels. They do not provide shampoo or conditioner. THIS IS NOT A 4-star HOTEL, it is a 3-star one. Their staff is not equipped to resolve issues or contain the passenger. THE PRICE IS NOT IN LINE WITH THE QUALITY. Its location is very good, but the rest is BAD.

Great location. 2 star hotel absolutely not 4. Reception dated and scruffy with non-existent staff (undignified, without uniform or ID tag, sitting playing on a cell phone or PC with cover on legs, bad English knowledge, no greetings in or out). Dilapidated elevator, dirty and ruined. Staircase to walk up with heavy glass door to access the first floor to be opened with room key. Friendly breakfast staff, but absolutely unable to communicate in English. Breakfast acceptable. Bathroom even worse especially toilet (made present and cleaning redone, still bad, only day after without even apologizing), small and few towels, open shower that floods the bathroom, drips all night, chipped shower tray, lack of bidet, lack of sink cap and relative closure, no support to place their beauty products, no beauty kit presente.phon of the Middle Ages. Room: dirty, spacious, carpeted, open wardrobe, empty minibar, no extra pillows, no slippers, no welcome. Bed with springs outside, separate duvets in a king size, dust everywhere, only socket at the desk, none near the bedside tables. ABSOLUTELY TO REVIEW.
