Pension Accord

If you are looking for a cheap, nice and centrally located place to stay, we highly recommend Accord Pension. We were a group of 6 people and took single and triple rooms. The rooms are big, very clean and the staff are very, very helpful. I went back during the day one time and the cleaning lady was not leaving the room until she cleaned everything up. The breakfast is accross the street which has the basic food you need for breakfast and it's great. The location is fantastic!!!! You can walk to all destinations from Old Town to New Town to the Palace. We will be back next year and will stay at this place again.

Couple of my friend and I came to Praha for 5 days, just to relax and enjoy this beautiful city! The location of the Pension is just incredible. You're just 5 minutes walk away from the old city square and it will take you about 30 min walk to go to the castle called Hradchany... so basically you can see everything that you need to see just walking. And when it comes to night life you will save the money for taxi, because every club that means anything in Prague is just around your place. Rooms are very spacious, very clean. You get clean towels every morning. Staff is great, very kind and helpful. I kindly recommend this Pension. It will make your stay in Prague unforgettable! And there's nothing wrong with the beds. They are perfect, comfortable and wide enough. I read that some lady complains about them. So, if you 're planning to visit Prague, do it and stay in this Pension you won't regret it!

This is a great inexpensive hotel for travelers who are just looking for the basics: clean showers, and a safe place to sleep and store their belongings. The building and interiors look like they haven't been updated in more than a decade, but generally speaking, the place is clean. The receptionists were also helpful. My friends and I did not encounter any problems with our online reservation and we can always ask them for directions to places. Our room had 3 beds and 1 bathroom. There was a lot of storage space, the shower works well, there is cable TV and wireless internet access. Overall, the room was great. The biggest problem one may encounter may be noise. Since it is walking distance from from the tourist attractions, there's a lot of activity outside, even at night. The windows don't quite shut out the noise. It may be a problem for some, although it was bearable for me, since I was so tired from walking the whole day that I would fall asleep immediately. There are two things about this hotel that give it a really excellent value for the money. The first one is free breakfast. You have to walk to the fancier hotel across the street, but the menu is diverse and quite substantial- bread, cheese, meats, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, coffee, juice etc.. My friends and I would eat until we were full and just walk out and start a day of sightseeing. The second one is location. Popular attractions are just 5 minutes away. It can't get any better than that.
