Lack of flexibility in booking. Rejected by the hotel contacted by EDreams support operator the request changes dates for serious reasons.

Lovely hotel, only two minutes walk from the metro and also the tram at IP Pavlova. Rooms comfortable, clean and the shower was gorgeous. The staff were very helpful at reception and very flexible arrangements for non staffed reception times. We stayed three nights and it was perfect for exploring the city sights.

Great hotel, perfect location in 10 minutes walk, 15 for the return is slightly uphill , you are in. Wenceslas Square, new town and all attractions are nearby. Excellent public transport service within 3 minutes, 2 metro lines and numerous trams connect you to the entire city, including the airport. Room more than adequate in size, daily cleaning, kettle and mini fridge available. Reception at fixed times, stra kind and courteous. I forgot keys from house to room, in a few days sent to the house without charge. Thank you very much.
