The alarm clock on Saturday at 7 am - workers with jackhammer, the shower is only medium warm ( more cold then warm), breakfast below average standard, egs only cold….wery poor. The location is quite good ……………………………………………………………………………..

Wery nice hotel with modern retro furniture. perfect breakfast. Helpfull and nice staff. The hotel is close from railway and bus station. To the city centre you can get in 10 minutes. I liked the garden inside the hotel

unfriendly Service staff and dirty rooms. Towels and bed blanket didn't get changed every day. The floor in our room was never cleaned during the 5 days we stayed there. Under the bed was dust and dirt from the last months. Breakfast was a normal selection, but some food was from the days before (for example dry rancid cheese). Hotel cleaner slandered about us in Russian language after we leaved our room for cleaning at midday. We booked the hotel residence by an special offer very cheap, but that's no reason to treat us like second class guests.
