Theatre Residence Apartments

Small apartment with non-working air conditioner do not clean the room do not change towels to reach the room you have to make a flight of dirty stairs doors exposed dirty walls even in the room. Vacation ruined. Having heard the reception several times also by email, they do not make up for what happened. To be rejected

We have booked with Theatre Residence and did not know that we must collet a key from Prague 5!! We were staying at Prague 1! And we were not aware of their ridiculous deposit of €200. We got all those info after we booked and paid ! Tried to cancel right away and did not get our money back!! I would urge EVERYONE to stay away from this Fraud people! Customer service the worst in the world! Please stay away from the above fraud people or you will loose your money. Dont fall for their crap like I did. Go elsewhere!

We stayed 1 night at this apartment, reasonable price in old town ,but could not sleep well because of loud speaking drunk people,under our window.we went by walk to dancing building, Charles bridge and old town.
