When I arrived at the hotel, I immediately realized that the room was extremely small. It did not even have a minibar or proper storage space — not even a decent closet to put my belongings in. There was barely any furniture, so I had to leave my suitcase on the floor during my entire stay. The room honestly felt more like a monk’s cell than a comfortable hotel room. Even wifi was slow and intermitent. What surprised me even more, however, was the receptionist’s behavior. When I presented my Spanish passport at check-in, he asked whether I was from Spain, and I explained that I was originally from Argentina. For some reason, he then decided it was appropriate to share his prejudiced and chauvinistic opinions with me. He told me that he had spent ONE WEEK in Argentina and concluded that Argentinians do not work, spend all their time partying and taking siestas, and that this was the reason the country was struggling. I genuinely cannot understand how anyone could think it is acceptable to welcome a guest by insulting the guest’s country of origin. Did he honestly believe that was a good idea? Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have encountered these kinds of preconceived stereotypes from people in Central Europe, although I should also say that, outside the hotel, most people I met were actually very kind and welcoming. I interacted with the same staff member several more times afterward, and each interaction confirmed my first impression: he was not particularly bright or professional, definitely not the sharpest knife in the box. One might forgive an incompetent receptionist if the hotel itself were pleasant, but unfortunately that was not the case here. As I mentioned before, the room felt austere, uncomfortable, and poorly equipped. I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

Decent hotel. It's fine for 2 or 3 days. The furnishings could use modernization, the front desk staff is not very assertive, but I repeat, for a few days and at that price, it may be worth it considering the location close to downtown and very near the subway. Abundant breakfast

We paid for the hotel and made a reservation one month in advance. When we arrived, we saw that the hotel was under renovation and in a completely run-down condition. When we asked nearby restaurants, they told us the hotel had been closed and not providing service for two months. We requested a refund from Agoda, but they kept delaying us and did not process the refund. Because of this hotel and the Agoda platform, our money was wasted and WE WERE LEFT ON THE STREET. When we went to the hotel’s other branch and explained the situation, they gave us a paper and said, “If you had received a refund, there is no availability at this hotel,” and sent us away. I have filed complaints with all official authorities against them. Even though the hotel is in ruins, they are still selling reservations. They are scammers — do not make a reservation under any circumstances!!
