Crowne Plaza Prague Hotel

The bathroom floor tiles are particularly slippery. Finding hair in the breakfast buffet is absolutely terrible!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grand Hotel International Prague. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is exceptionally clean, elegant, and beautifully maintained. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and serviced to a very high standard every day. The entire hotel reflects great attention to detail, and the atmosphere is both welcoming and sophisticated. What impressed us the most was the outstanding service. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We were especially grateful that they kindly allowed us a late check-out because our flight was later in the day. This thoughtful gesture made a huge difference and showed how much they care about their guests. If this is a four-star hotel, then in our opinion it truly deserves to be considered at the level of a five-star hotel. The quality of the service, cleanliness, hospitality, and overall experience were simply exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so memorable!
