Florenc Hotel

Clean hotel with spacious rooms. Great location near the metro, bus, and train stops. The old town can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. Minimarket in front of the hotel. Breakfast at 12 euros per adult, rich in both sweet and savory options. Recommended.

To begin with, the hotel receptionist treated us very badly from the moment we arrived. First, she gave us disapproving looks because I'm Italian and reside in Brazil. Then she said we were only entitled to one breakfast and only for one person in the room. If you look at the hotel's website, when you book, you select the breakfast option. Below that, there are additional services; in my opinion, if you've already selected the option with breakfast, it means it's included every night, not that I have to add all the breakfasts myself. I felt cheated and very badly treated. the location is great, but the employees are terrible!!!!

Nice clean hotel with rooms large enough and warm (all too much I would say) The only thing that leaves something to be desired is the breakfast a little minimal Ex: (lack of lactose-free milk now a must in our time) Asked for nuts and jams finished in the exhibition, the answer: We don't have any! Otherwise ok
