Ac on Room amazing .. everything amazing

I have just returned from Prague and stayed with a school of 100 pupils. We were not well, we tried to talk to the manager, but he never showed up. Starting from the bad value for money, with the same amount we could have stayed in the center in much more contemporary facilities at a lower price. Small and cold rooms for heating malfunction; poor breakfast and dinner buffet for variety, we ate the same things over and over again! Poor hotel services, there are no common areas for guests, the reception not at all welcoming and available to solve the problems that have arisen due to their inefficiencies. Detail not to be underestimated: at reception they do not speak English, impossible to communicate, they do not even try! In short, NOT RECOMMENDED.

Let's start with the staff: Staff rude, rude and aggressive. not at all helpful and with terrible manners. only a guy with glasses was really nice. ROOMS: tiny rooms but with really nice view and good cleanliness. RESTAURANT: really poor food outside of meat (chicken and pork). the pasta was as bad as the other things, the desserts were really inedible. location: it is located in a suburban area but close to the metro stop. the water is really bad, I was on a trip and every time I washed the Face my skin cracked.
