Hotel Rakovec

This hotel is for sleeping afterwards, the facilities are rather austere, they don't understand cleaning either, it would also like to revive the painting on the walls, the only plus is the view of the Brno Dam, a fairly decent breakfast is served in the morning.

Very good location if the view is of importance, good hotel in terms of quality as well, rooms are comfortable and all with a view. Beds are comfortable with clean sheets, shower or bathtub, small fridge and tv and the bungalow rooms all have a small balcony. Large terrasse and restaurant and breakfast is good and includes eggs and bacon. Staff are friendly and some can communicate in German or English. There are 31 steps to reception, terrasse and dining room and no elevator. Limited parking at times. Excellent health club in house

The hotel was very nice. The location is on the border of lake, very nice view from windows or restaurant. The hotel is still under construction but it should be fully done during a few weeks. We have big apartman for 4 people and there were veru huge place for everybody. We were there for 4 nights and had half pension. The breakfasts buffets were satisfactory with everything. Only dinners were a little bit weakers. But we were together very satisfied and we can recommend it.
