The view and location are fantastic but the service and selection in the lounge and restaurants are under criticism.

Family holiday in Pinsen. Fantastic wonderful experience. The staff is absolutely unique. Extraordinary experience of the waiters in the Bistro. Kindness and welcoming everywhere. The frames both outside and inside are fantastic. The food is top. We enjoy the atmosphere at NS, which is so calm, friendly and unsnobled.
