Like sleeping in a sauna. No AC in an (expensive) 4 star hotel! Zero effort from the hotel staff to offer us another room or any type of compensation.

Come rtit to Ålborg and always use Pier5 when available. You are always welcomed by smiling staff at the reception and if anything is unclear they are always ready to help. Cleaning rooms there is nothing to put a finger on like breakfast there is all that should be even vitamin pills. If there is a surplus there is a fairly sensible gym in the basement that can match most hotels in DK.. Pier5 is localized close to the center so everything is in walking distance from the hotel
