This hotel is in a fantastic location just next to the train station. The cocktails are tasty and there is a very nice and friendly atmosphere. We really enjoyed our time in this city and found this hotel was a great base. Highly recommend!

We stayed three people in a junior suite. The hotel seems to have come in the years and needs a loving hand. The carpet was filled with old stains, the drain in the shower cabin was partially clogged, so the water ran away very slowly, and the refrigerator did not work. Where our son was to sleep, there was no window, nor did the table lamp work. Since there was no ceiling light in that part of the room, the area became very dark. At the same time, there was no possibility of darkening, as a ceiling window just above the bed shut down the daylight early in the morning. There was also a dried plant in the bathroom. The air conditioning system made a lot of noise, even at the lowest setting. There was also no toilet paper during the stay, so we had to find an employee to get a new roll delivered. The breakfast was also a disappointment. The selection was limited and, in my opinion, the quality was very mediocre and far from meeting the expectations of a 4-star hotel. The location of the hotel is really good, but it is also the biggest strength. I find it difficult to understand the many positive reviews. After our experience I would highly rate the hotel as a 3-star hotel, and there is a significant need for improvements.
