The room was very clean and comfortable. But the room was awfully no air whatsoever. Was terribly hot and no AC and open window did not help. Almost no sleep in the heat that was. Bathroom very small you could hardly turn around in there. The breakfast was ok but not very large selection.

If you are not claustrophobic, and if you like the heat, go for it! Tiny room, no air conditioning, and no privacy since the rooms overlook an interior courtyard and are all facing each other! Avoid it, plus there are entries and exits until very late at night. Of course, it is not expensive, but it is still too much if you cannot sleep! Horrible....

I just had a three-day stay at CABINN Metro, and it has been a completely miserable experience This is not my first visit; I have actually stayed at the hotel over 25-30 times over the last two years. But after this time it's definitely over We were accommodated in room 261, where the ventilation was not on at all. The temperature inside the room went up to 33 degrees. It was like staying in a sauna. To make the pain worse, the window in the room could only be opened slightly 5 cm, so it was absolutely impossible to get ventilated out. The conditions were so desperate that we had to turn on the shower and use the cold water in an attempt to cool down the room. One has actually had the piss miserably during the whole stay. When we complained about these unacceptable conditions to the hotel manager, Philip Mortensen, the answer was shockingly arrogant. Instead of taking responsibility for the hotel’s mistakes, providing good service to a loyal regular guest or offering compensation, he chose to completely knock the door in, close the dialogue and refer us to the Ankenævnet. It’s just so rude and amateur to treat your regular customers that way. Staying in a baking oven without ventilation for three days, and then being met with the superiority from the management side, is completely unacceptable. Find another place to stay in Copenhagen. This is under criticism!!!!!
