Hotel Copenhagen

Location: Perfect, right near a supermarket and a few bakeries. 7 minute walk to the metro- Islands Brygge. Atmosphere- Very organised and easy to find what you need and feels very safe. Rooms- very clean despite what people are saying, however we paid for studio so it could have differed. Value- We split a studio apartment across 4 people which is definitely valuable when we wanted to eat in and just to sleep. It is what you expect for a 2 star hotel. Noise level- It is a city so late at night and early mornings public can be a bit loud which is not their fault. Service- if you need towels replacing go to reception. If you need them you can call them even out of hours and they answer and are really helpful. Amenties- we had soap, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, we had a private bathroom in the studio, oven, microwave, kettle, hob, all cutlery and potware. Our photo is messy because we checked the matresses which were clean

I would not book here. We were outside in the cold for fifteen minutes. The code was not working, no one was there, and no one was answering the phone. We were there at 4 pm during normal hours. Someone who was just leaving their shift helped us in and the place was disgusting. We ended up leaving and going to another hotel where we found a pleasant experience. They never answer the phone and there were three different groups outside in the cold. After this experience they were rude and did not offer a refund.

For the last two nights, the refrigerator made of loud humming noise making it very difficult to sleep. There was visible mold in the bathroom. When i asked if it possible to Check the refrigerator, the answer was that there was nothing they could do ans that you were supposed to sleep at night.Very rude. Mold indicates Poor hygiene. And Paying so much money for this stay what a disgrace.And not even a hint of a refund. I cannot recommend this hotel
