Hotel Loeven

The biggest crowd of grifters ever. Took 1500 kroner from my deposit for a cleaning fee, even though I left my room spotless. Utterly dishonest behavior. Internet terrible for entire stay also. There are better value places in Copenhagen. Avoid at all costs!

This hostel is very near the main train station, with lots of cafes, supermarkets and shops around. The room for four people was basic but clean. Perfect if you're looking for a value centric option. Bed was comfy but pillow needed to be renewed!

For a ‘deluxe double’ I don’t know what was deluxe about it! There was very limited facilities, no tv, no coffee making and 1 hand towel each for your showering needs! But it did have a very noisy fridge.... the beds were terrible and for a double room the gave 2x single duvets? Asked for a extra pillow and were given 1 extra to share 🤯 This is absolutely more of a hostel than a hotel and should be charging accordingly. The booking advert was misleading when we chose to pay more for the deluxe option. The location was good and central and the room was clean even though basic. If you have anyone with mobility issues DO NOT come here - even though there is a lift it stops half way between the levels. You still have stairs to climb.
