Had booked a single room, but it was just as small as a safe and I upgraded to a double room hoping to get more space. There was no such thing. Now there was just a double bed pushed into a claustrophobic box. Plastic flowers, black walls and no TV in some of the rooms. A place where you should only go to sleep and only if you can not get rooms in other hotels, because there are many that are better. If you have a bad back, you should also stay away, because mattresses are incredibly soft and don’t provide much support. They get two stars. One for speaking Danish and one because here was clean. I only think that they will survive on the fact that they are close to King's Nytorv. The photo one for the double room I ended up paying almost 2000,- for. Jesus Christ!

- clean - fabulous location, you can walk within 20 minutes to the main attractions - friendly staff - quiet - 20 min in the Metro M2 from airport for $6 and a 5 min walk from metro to hotel (not worth a taxi from airport to hotel) - has bikes available, which is amazing - luggage storage if your plane is leaving later in the PM Rooms and elevator are on the small side, but that’s not a surprise given the location. I was solo; so not a problem. Maybe to be mindful if two people. Overall cannot fault one thing.

Great hotel! Fairly cheap, right behind Nyhavn so quiet but near the action. Also near a metro station. Good comfortable, clean room, the right temperature with double-glazed windows that opened and adjustable radiators. The shower was great. Has a small raised ridge to step over to get in and when you pull the curtain around you make sure the curtain is inside the ridge then the bathroom stays dry. Excellent service from all staff, especially Sofia, who is a good source of information and will do all she can to help you enjoy your stay. I borrowed a kettle for my room. There is a bar and breakfast room too. Great place!
