We had trouble online finding a car to rent in Roseau in February during Carnaval but stumbled upon upon Valley Rentals. They were helpful, punctual, and great to deal with. Manager Merle got back...

We arrived at our destination and were so dismayed to see workers on the road in front rebuilding the road...which actually is wonderful for the people of the island...but not what you want going on...
