Four Points by Sheraton Puntacana Village

Great check in by Joel. He recognized my Titanium elite status . The room was modern with all amenities and comfortable. The hotel has complimentary airport shuttle and to the Playa Blanca restaurant and beach . Good breakfast and excellent food at the restaurant. The hotel location is also convenient to supermarket which is 14 minutes walk

Very much appreciated the complimentary hourly hotel shuttle service to the Playa Blanca Beach at the Puntacana Resort (10-minute drive from the hotel). The breakfast buffet had a number of red flags: 1) fresh pineapple wedges that were so overripe that they were beginning to ferment..... 2) what was labelled as almond milk tasted like watered down canned evaporated milk (definitely not fine for people who are lactose intolerant)... 3) sliced almonds (for adding to cereals) were rancid.... 4) some of the cold cuts tasted like they had been left out for too long, and were about to go off.... 5) most of the savoury dishes were heavily salted (not fine for people with low-sodium diets).....

Staff was great - recommended an authentic Dominican restaurant that was great! The shuttle to Playa Blanca is a nice perk. The shuttle to the airport was also very helpful, and they run on time, which is really nice when you have a plane to catch.
