Las Palmas al Mar

I had already been here in 2019 and I was very comfortable! I read on another portal that things have been very different lately. The manager is no longer as helpful and present as she once was and the results prove it, but I hope the hotel will shine again as it used to!

Responsible for the "hotel" poorly educated, liar, not very attentive to clients, etc... DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL EVER!!! They reserve a villa and they put them in a room... You leave the hotel because the facilities are in poor condition, dirty and they tell you to wait 4 hours to give you your money back and if they transfer it... Will they???? I doubt it. We had to call Politur, which didn't help much either. I hope the city council, the ministry of tourism and whoever attends to my submitted claim, because it is to be sent to health, tourism and whoever has any competence. Party at the pool for 5 hours with drinks, music and a pool full of people drinking... It would be nice if they respected that the rest of us have rights too. Response from the person in charge who denied being one, only 2 out of 50 have complained....can you be tougher???? DON'T GO!!!!!

Very bad experience. Could not locate our prepaid reservation. Very slow to check in. Clothes from previous guests left in closet. Bathroom door broken. No hot water! No wifi! Shower didn’t work. The manager was not helpful and got angry when we asked for hot water or to change rooms.
