Sybaris Suites

I stayed the weekend, it was wonderful, you breathe a lot of peace, and the food in your restaurant is very good, it is a very complete hotel with Gym and everything, my family was at ease and the children could play in the children's area. I'll say it again!

Greetings, first of all nature is very good, but they don't give you what they offer, many problems in the apartments, leaks, the appliances sometimes don't even work, they have to be taking refrigerators from one apartment to another because they don't work, you can see that the The owners do not invest anything, and the worst thing is the poor treatment they give to the employees, the poor pay, they demand a lot from them but they pay them when they feel like it, and much less do they give them their percentage. They gave them annually but in December they didn't give them, be careful with this. I have always said that for a company to work well you have to treat the employees well.

I stayed over the weekend with my family and friends at Sybaris...room 106 block B, ground floor and 1 bedroom apt. only good things and comments about the service and staff... The place is really well kept.. super clean! nice safe environment for kids and very quiet grounds... Our package included breakfast, simple nice variety.. loved the pineapple juice! Ample rooms, with AC, fully equipped kitchen, modern setting, linens in great shape.. Bathrooms recently refurbished, cute backyard. Staff really go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay and feel at home... that's priceless... Even though it is not a beach front property it does have 2 pools, playground for kids , bbq area and bar... the only 3 things I could think of (thinking really hard) that could improve: -hairdryer in the bath room and iron (though I'm pretty sure if I needed it and asked they would have found one for me. -kinda loud music in the mornings at the bar -weird episode with our expedia reservation, they couldn't find it and even when i showed the printed version, wouldnt let us enter the compound for about 30 minutes to speak with reception... they did apologize several times though. overall great stay, great service and will definitively visit again...
