Xeliter Marbella

It was an excellent experience ,thanks to mr Luis for being so warm and friendly, the food was delicious and the views from the apartment were amazing. Fully recommended , the weather was also great and the pool was son nice

My husband and I stayed on the 8th floor of tower three for a week over Christmas break. This was our third trip to Marbella, and it continues to be a lovely place to stay. The property is well maintained and safe. The apartment is clean, comfortable and functional. The pools are clean, the beach well taken care of and there are plenty of chairs and daybeds. There is an abundance of security both at the front gates as well as at the beach and pool areas. They diligently ensure that residents and vacationers have a safe and enjoyable visit. While there is only one restaurant onsite, there are several local dining options in the town. They are all walkable, under a mile from Marbella. Definitely start your day at Julia's for breakfast! Excellent dinner options are El Meson and Paladart. I rated the location and neighborhood a three. The property is one of the nicest beachfront properties that we've visited in the area. The challenge is more the surrounding neighborhood. There are a number of abandoned homes and resorts, and empty lots are laden with trash. While I would like to see this lack of infrastructure improve, I would not let that deter us from returning! My husband and I look forward to our next visit.

Amazing view and facilities. Highly recommended! Location, safety, and cleanliness of the highest order. Luis, our host, is excellent. Excellent value. I would definitely return to this location for a second visit.
