Boutique Santa Lucia

Hello. I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service received from the waiter Julian. I believe that the treatment was unprofessional, as I perceived comments and attitudes that were too familiar and disrespectful, which made me feel uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect to receive cordial, kind, and respectful service. I hope this observation is taken into account to improve the service.

November 2025 While traveling recently in Ecuador, my wife became ill, was treated at Metropolitan Hospital in Quito, and was unable to continue our trip to Cuenca. Upon learning our situation, the Hotel Boutique Santa Lucia very graciously refunded our payment of a “non-refundable” reservation. We’ve traveled all over the world but have rarely encountered such true hospitality and understanding. Any establishment with this level of compassion and courtesy is a joy and we look forward to visiting the Hotel Boutique Santa Lucia very soon. Maybe you should as well…
