I was really impressed with this hotel, mostly because of so many fantastic employees who went out of their way to help us. The staff were professional and courteous, going out of their way at every chance to be nice to us. We stayed several nights at a different brand of upscale hotel in Quito and the service left me with low expectations. The staff here deserves a lot of praise. This hotel had the best service and kindness during a month of hotel stays in Ecuador. The transfer to the airport was seamless. Thank you, Courtyard! We definitely recommend and would stay again.

A very good hotel for working stays in Guayaquil. The facilities are perfect and very clean. The food and services offered to the guest (such as the free 24/7 airport transfer) are greatly appreciated. The hotel restaurant also has a variety of dishes that allow you to discover and get to know the varied Ecuadorian recipe. And above all stand out the treatment and friendliness of the staff in all services (restaurant, rooms, reception, transfer, etc.). In few places I have been in 30 years I have felt as well served as in the Courtyard of Guayaquil.
