Arrival is already complicated: there is no hotel sign or indication of where the entrance is (which is just a door). The room (and everything else in the hotel) is very simple and basic, and not new. There is no lamp, and there is only one light switch near the door. In at least one room, the bathroom is ridiculously poorly designed: the door wouldn't open completely because it hit the sink, and to use the sink you had to close the door to access the sink that was behind the door. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and the connection was slow. Breakfast is not a buffet, but a plate of toast, eggs, juice and coffee is served. It's enough, but don't expect plenty like in other hotels. The positive point is the location, right in the center and close to attractions and all types of commerce.

Don’t let the pictures fool you; the place looks run down, the rooms are in bad conditions. Broken furniture, missing paint, chipped doors, stains on walls, dirty bathrooms. Breakfast is too basic. We also booked a room with a balcony, which we didn’t get, and they refused to refund us the price difference. The neighborhood is dodgy.

One of the best hotels we have ever been. As soon as we arrive the general manager Juan Carlos Valencia made us feel right at home. Personalized attention and state of the art costumer service. We will definitely be back. The room and breakfast are fantastic. From now on will be making my reservations directly with the hotel instead of travel agency.
