We enjoy staying at the Sheraton Guayaquil for many reasons. We have stayed there many times now and it seems we are treated as family. ALL of the staff is friendly and professional, but we would like to acknowledge the front desk staff and manager (David); we would like to thank the professionalism and attentiveness of Jose (F&B Captain at Cooks restaurant) and, not the least, but the very special Jessica at the Cooks restaurant. We love the Guayaquil Sheraton!!
