Good location for what you need.. Good variation of eateries on your doorstep.... The hotel itself, rooms comfortable.. Nice coffee machine, rooms kept clean and spacious. Good breakfast, enjoyed the smoothies.. Simple reasonably priced menu if you want to eat in. Massage available at a reasonable price.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I consider it important to share my experience. During my stay, a personal item was taken from my room. I reported the incident immediately; however, management did not offer a satisfactory response or solution. Upon further investigation, I found multiple reviews from other guests with similar situations, raising serious questions about the hotel’s security and internal processes. I recommend that the hotel take urgent steps to improve the protection of its guests. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place. I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. A personal item was taken from my room, and management was unable to provide any real support or resolution. After reading other reviews, it's concerning to see similar situations reported. I expected a much higher level of security and accountability. I wouldn't feel comfortable staying here again.

I am a Hilton member and can honestly say this is the worst Hilton I have ever stayed in. The executive lounge was hopeless, food and beverages not topped up and when you complained it took a long time for them to respond, even had a word with one of the managers to no avail. Frankly don’t waste your money stay somewhere else.
