Lugano Suites

The location was conveniently located within walking distance of the city park and many places to eat. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly (and English-speaking). The only downside was that, like most places in Quito, it had no central air or heat. So, pack for the weather, and layer or peel accordingly!

The hotel & room are clean, breakfast is good & staff are friendly,but they stole $ 100.00 from us the 2nd day & $ 1,100.00 on last day.When we contacted they wouldn't respond to our e-mail. Be sure to take your money with you.This was our first time traveling to a fourth world country & it was our first time being robbed by employees.

Stayed for 3 nights, the room is large with small kitchen , small living room. The hotel have a very nice gym. Breakfast is not that good, small range of options. Arround the hotel many good restaurants and malls. Safe area. Overall good.
