We had a wonderful stay at the Sonesta Hotel and would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. A special thank you to the pool staff, especially Mr. Hany, Mr. Nader, Mr. Shehta, and Mr. Khaled, for their kindness and excellent service. We also greatly appreciate the warm welcome and professionalism of the reception team. Our heartfelt thanks to the F&B department, especially Mr. Maher, Mr. Amir, and Mr. Sameh, as well as to Mr. Karim from housekeeping. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and made us feel truly well taken care of. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. Their hospitality and professionalism truly made a difference, and it is because of people like them that we look forward to returning. Thank you all for making our stay so special. We highly recommend the Sonesta Hotel and cannot wait to visit again!

Honestly, the service from Mr. Fady Milad, Chef Ahmed Magdy, and Mr. Ramy was outstanding. I will definitely visit again because of them.

We didn't have a bad time, but I don't recommend it. Let's say my first thought was the food, because my daughter has celiac disease and I was afraid she would find little to eat, and in fact, that was the case. They are not very well-prepared regarding gluten-free options and have a limited selection of dishes available. Not even a dessert, for example, when it would take so little... For non-celiacs, the food is good and there is a lot of choice. The pool is positioned in such a way that the hotel building itself casts a shadow over it from 5 PM onwards, so you can no longer sunbathe after a certain hour. Then I found a few flaws in the rooms, for example, the sink faucet with a wide spray (inconvenient), the shower didn't have a handheld showerhead and the main showerhead was completely clogged, so the water came out poorly, there were no outlets near the bed, and the bedside lamp had an inconvenient switch for the night. Then a very strange thing; we wanted to take the stairs from the ground floor to the third floor, but the staircase stopped at the first! Absurd! Overall okay, but I wouldn't go back.
