I have stayed 1 week at Cook's CLub El Gouna. The hotel and amenities are great. The fact that the hotel also hosts the diving centre Blues Brothers is such a convenience for those looking for an effortless diving holiday. Great breakfast at the hotel, grab 1 last coffee and meet up at the dicing centre 5 minutes later to hup onto a short transfer to the boat. Spend a full day at the boat diving. Return to the hotel, grab a drink at the bar, swim in the nice pool or lay in the sun. Grab diner afterwards and repeat the following day. Great!

My third stay at Cook’s Club El Gouna so far—and this time as a surprise visit! Before my arrival, I contacted the front desk because my girlfriend had already booked at the hotel and I wanted to surprise her for her birthday. The team did a fantastic job with that: They organized a room for me on the same floor, very close to my girlfriend, and kept it absolutely quiet—even though my girlfriend is known there as a regular guest. The surprise was a perfect success! The room was, as in my previous stays, clean, stylishly furnished, and very well-maintained. Cleaning was done daily upon request and was always supplemented with small, lovely details. The heart of the hotel, however, is the staff. My girlfriend was thrilled with the surprise, and many of the staff members were happy for us as well. In general, a stay here feels like coming home every time. Hardly arrived, I feel comfortable. I would especially like to highlight the entire team—from the bar staff and pool boys to the DJs, the restaurant staff, and the security team. Everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, without ever seeming intrusive. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and safe. Even as a woman traveling alone, I felt completely comfortable and safe at all times. The atmosphere is lively, with great music and live DJs, but at the same time pleasantly relaxed, as things quiet down at midnight. Another highlight was the large screen for the World Cup broadcasts. I also really appreciate the adults-only concept. The pool is always excellently maintained, is clean, and does not smell unpleasantly of chlorine at all. In addition, there is direct access to the lagoon, which further enhances the stay. I always enjoy coming back to the Cook’s Club El Gouna. And the biggest highlight must, of course, not go unmentioned: Diva the cat. Honestly, we are all just her guests—the hotel actually belongs to her. 🐱❤️
