My girlfriend and I just got home from 7 days at Bella Vista Food: The food is roughly in Sultana which is the main restaurant. Although our booking page said there were 4 restaurants in the location, so only Sulatana is included in All Inclusive! La Luna - their ''Italian'' restaurant is simply nasty, nothing less! Paradise Bar - is just this, a bar but counted as a restaurant Carribbien Bar - is not included, but a really nice solution, which we used a lot and tried with several different dishes. Cheap too! All inclusive: Honestly to be promised 4 restaurants when the above is the case and therefore only one restaurant is included. Ice is available about 1.5 hours a day in the afternoon and soda etc. drinks are served by the bartender in very small paper cans, so we never ended up picking up and taking to the room or sun chair, it simply couldn't pay for the 3 mouthful. The rooms: Really nice rooms, daily cleaning, replacement of towels, dressing etc. and very friendly cleaning staff. It's not sheets, but real duvets, the beds are a bit hard with large and the air conditioning seemed really fine. The bathroom also had a good large shower and good water pressure - really nice experience with the room. The surroundings of the hotel: The pool and the beach close at 18:00 where you are simply thrown away, we think it is about 2 hours too early and really sorry. The sun goes down behind the hotel’s western building and the sun is therefore gone from 17:00. Every evening there is a show of one kind or another, and it sounds very loud until 22:00 - you have small children you can be calm, it is mini-disco and the children seemed very happy. However, we found it quite annoying as the music was so loud that it was almost impossible to enjoy a night on the terrace / balcony. We sat, for example, playing cards, but could as well have sat at a nightclub to talk to each other - it was impossible. There is also music and activities at the pool all day long, which is also loud - the beach is markedly quieter. In our opinion, the hotel is simply too small for that sound level, as you can’t ‘hide’ in some places, and the rooms all facing the pool area where the speakers sound out there. The beach is almost pure sand, and generally good to swim by. Solvans - Solvans are mostly reserved, starting at 7:00 in the morning, although guests either do not arrive at 10:00 or do not show up at all. It is usually 3-5 wagons at a time, and even 2 wagons stacked on top of each other for one person, as they are otherwise too low / weak for poorly walking or overweight guests. This also applies to the beach. The surroundings outside the hotel: As we were also aware, the sellers are pretty bullshit down there, so a walk down the pedestrian street is not nice, and ONLY to pick up necessary snacks, drinks etc. to the room. If you want to go out and walk in peace, you have to fight down to Hurghada Marina, where the sellers do not have access - here is cozy. OBS: The local guides / sellers inside the hotel have good experiences and they are cheaper! (but be aware that several of them do not have a license). The hotel is indicated for 4* hotel, but it should be 2-3* we think. We will not return.
