Good afternoon! Holidayed with their daughter, 8 years old, at the Piramisa beach hotel from July 9 to 22. We really enjoyed it! First, it is the purest sea of unusually beautiful shades, transparent always, fish swim right off the coast, the sunken city has many of them. There's always seats on the beach, you don't have to run to take seats. The second is nutrition. Large selection of dishes, meat in abundance and in different variations. Frequently there were shrimp, red fish, crabs-for Egypt it is very even, given the hotel's inexpensive pricing policy! Pineapples and watermelons were given several times. Animation team tries, lots of animators, Hindi, Dino, Afro, Sheriff - you did great! Way to go! They love children very much and they do a lot of things for children too! We had a deluxe room on the top floor, clean, updated, air conditioning worked properly! Reusable plastic glasses at the beach bar and poolside are not very happy, I wish they could be replaced! And so it was great! As you know, flaws can be found everywhere if you wish, but we fly for the beautiful Red Sea and eternal sun, not picking on little things! So, I can safely recommend a hotel for leisure! Thank you, everyone. We'd love to come back!

The hotel is currently undergoing extensive renovation, which on the one hand brings an element of novelty to the renovated housing units, but on the other means that renovation work is still ongoing in some areas. Nevertheless, the overall impression remained good. The area is well maintained and quite green. The big plus is that Wi-Fi catches consistently throughout the territory, including the beach and rooms (although on the beach itself the signal can sometimes disappear). It is very convenient that the hotel has its own QR code application, through which it is easy to find out all the relevant information and book a la carte restaurants. For outdoor enthusiasts, there are excellent conditions. Spacious, well-equipped and clean gym (opens from 08:00 to 21:00). Several swimming pools, including a children's area and an unusual 1.2 metre deep jacuzzi pool. Illuminated tennis courts, billiards and table tennis. Active animation. The day starts with yoga and Pilates at 10:30, continues with active poolside activities (e.g. incendiary aqua aerobics) and ends with an evening disco until 11:00 p.m. Went on several excursions took in the local company Grand utopia travel. Easily found on the Internet by name. Loved how organized it was and at very good prices. They took Dolphin Cove, Safari and Cairo. Cairo was taken on an individual program. It's much faster in time and comfort. Yachts are new cars too. Numbers. We've been moved into a freshly renovated room. Most rooms have pleasant sea views (even if sideways). The sanitary unit was pleased with the proper hood and glass partition in the shower. However, a few nuances are worth considering. Bathrobes, slippers and shoehorn are not in the room, and there are no laundry dryers on the balconies, so it is best to bring a rope. Little life hack. To keep the air conditioning and electricity running in your absence and in the heat of the room is always cool, instead of an electronic key, you can insert any unwanted card or tight card into the power saving slot. Food and service. The lobby bar is open 24 hours a day and alcohol is available from 10:00 to midnight. In addition to the main restaurant, you can sign up for free via the app for a la carte restaurants (e.g. Mongolian cuisine). The staff responds quickly: when we had minor questions about the number, the experts rushed in and fixed everything in a couple of minutes. In general, Pyramisa Beach Resort is a worthy option if you are looking for a hotel with good infrastructure, active animation and beautiful views of the Red Sea.

Don't book at this hotel unless you want to stay outside! Lost one of the reservations for two of our rooms. Refused to move into 1 room. Offered to buy the room again for some reason instead of losing their reservation, even though our 2 reservations were paid for. When we desperately decided to re-buy the room, they said they wouldn't move in anyway and there were no rooms. We ended up sitting at reception from 9 Venus to 5 at Ra's while everything was sorted out so that at least our refund could be made. The hotel completely refused to issue any documentation that they had lost this reservation. Terrible place, attitude and service. We drove from two different cities to spend the weekend, basically just like bums.
