A fantastic stay at this hotel. A very quick check-in and a special mention to Mohamed A El Latif and Nancy on reception who were always friendly,polite and professional.Then taken to our room which was spotless and has a welcoming tray with fruit and sweets on. Air conditioning was well needed and soon cooled us down. Our cleaner was very friendly our room was cleaned every day with various imaginative towel art. The pool area was so clean and plenty of sunbeds whatever time you went. I have to give a special mention to Hazem the bar man who every day welcomed us with a friendly smile and always remembered what we drank a top man and a credit to himself and the hotel nothing was to much trouble. The restaurants had plenty of choice and yet again fantastic staff. The bar in reception was also very good especially Ibrahim and Hamdy who always had a cheery welcome and a nice cold drink. The animation team especially Neema were friendly and helpful. Management were also very visible and always asking if everything was OK and if we needed anything.
I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel hopefully will return soon.
