Marriott Hurghada Beach Resort

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything you need. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their hospitality truly made my stay special. The hotel is peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. My room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an enjoyable and memorable stay. I will definitely come back again!

Our stay at the Marriott Hurghada had a difficult start. Unfortunately, our first day wasn’t what we had expected, and we were left feeling quite disappointed. We also weren’t informed in advance that the main restaurant would be closed during our stay and you had to eat all meals in a makeshift room, which would have been helpful to know before arriving. However, everything changed after we met with the hotel manager, Mohamed. From that moment onwards, the remaining four days of our holiday were absolutely fantastic. Mohamed genuinely listened to our concerns, took them seriously, and it was immediately obvious that he cares deeply about both his guests and his team. The difference after speaking with him was incredible. Instead of feeling disappointed, we ended up having a lovely, relaxing and memorable holiday. It really showed us that the way Mohamed runs the hotel is exactly how hospitality should be. After that meeting, it genuinely felt as though every member of staff we came into contact with went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We unfortunately can’t remember everyone’s names, but every department deserves credit for how friendly, professional and helpful they were. A few people who really stood out deserve a special mention: * Ahmed at the pool bar always looked after us with a smile and made us feel so welcome every day. * Nasseif in Tuscany Restaurant was simply outstanding. He made our anniversary incredibly special and is a real credit to the Marriott brand. His service was warm, genuine and unforgettable. * Chef Mabrouk always greeted us with a smile, took the time to say hello, and together with his team prepared delicious food every evening. We genuinely looked forward to dinner every night because of the quality of the food. * Mahmoud, who cleaned our room, was always cheerful, friendly and constantly checked if we needed anything. Those little touches really made a difference. If TripAdvisor allowed half stars, we’d happily give 4.5 out of 5. The only reason we can’t quite award a full five stars is because of the poor first impression and the lack of communication before arrival regarding the restaurant closure. That said, what impressed us most wasn’t that things went wrong, it’s how they were handled. Mohamed and his team transformed what could have been a disappointing holiday into one we’ll remember very fondly. That level of care and commitment deserves recognition. Thank you to Mohamed and the entire Marriott Hurghada team for turning our stay around and making our anniversary one to remember.

worst place to spend a vacation. Animation until 1:00 p.m., and that, mediocre, next say thank you if there's music playing, because the animators need to be chased and asked to play something fun. But there's a risk of no music at all. There's not a lot of entertainment. So a seal on the beach lying there going to a bar is the only thing available. We've been offered this hotel as a luxury hotel, but I'd take the stars off it. Each referring to the other, the hotel says that the animation is independent of it, the animation says that the music does not play because of the hotel's insistence. Rooms are cleaned every day, cleaned well. They can give out a dirty towel on the beach - it's a luxury hotel, if you don't pay attention, whatever. The rest of the staff are very polite and funny. If you're friends with the waiters, you'll expect little drinks, if not your problem. Lots of flies. Breakfast/lunch/dinner/beach will get maximum. But with dirty towels, who would be surprised?? The only swanky offer is aquarius diving on the property. Maximum advice. If you don't know English, it's hard, but guys try to speak Russian when necessary. I really want to celebrate guide Hussain. He makes you feel in caring hands. They took the tour not from the travel agency, but themselves, but there were no safety issues. They led, showed, told, snorkelled the newcomers, but felt in the utmost care! The guide waited, led, pointed, entertained, led by the hand underwater in strange places, literally. Thank you so much to him!! So if you need a beach and a bar, you can come here. If any interesting movement is needed, even one that's spontaneous, unobtrusive, it certainly isn't here. They decided for themselves that the Marriott no longer had a foot!!!
