Where can I start with this place? Awful service, awful food, awful rooms. This place is far from a 5* resort. In fact I've stayed in a 2* hotel in better condition. I paid for all inclusive but had to eat out evryday, due to contaminated food from the birds pecking away happily at it. When walking around the hotel at night you can't see where you are going due to the poor lighting in the hotel. Even if this place were free to stay in, I would never go back again.

Where do I start. Myself and my partner were here to see how far tourism in Egypt has got. We booked in as guests. Never ever in all the countries we have visited, have we come across such a horrendous experience. The hotel reception is absolutely appalling and a disgrace. They are unhelpful, rude, will ignore you whilst on phone to friends and cannot be trusted near any female. If you are female, you a target for abuse, degredation and complete disrespect. We paid £250 to go to Cairo, where we were hounded, cornered; divided and outnumbered 4:1 when they bully and Harras the female. Their is no excuse. Giza Pyramids are abused, appalling and have human excrement in bottles and bags. You are overwhelmed by all the people selling stuff and will not take NO for an answer. Even Tour Guides seem to work with the hustlers on the street. The guides take you to a back street in Cairo to eat lunch with family members and have to pay £50. Never ever have we felt so unsafe. Do not take your children. I have travelled, backpacked and hitched across the world and NEVER EVER have we felt so unsafe. Will not be returning. And reception team is an absolute disgrace and embarrassment to management, guests and their whole tourist industry. The waiters, cleaners; & security are the best bits of this holiday. Just for a laugh, this two week holiday from hell cost us £4,000,, BE WARNED,, For a country that relies 100% on tourism they seem to be trying 100% to deter tourism,,,,,!,,

Really Iam so happy in here .. Animation team specaily is so funny and lovely .. Yasmine, fares ,klenton, wekii and pop very good .. Service and all stafff really helpful .. And Eating so delicious , thanks for all , every year I will come sure .
