Roma Hurghada

It was a very, very bad experience. The waiter at the restaurant was someone who served food but only waited until the men left, then came to the ladies and asked them if they wanted anything. He did this to me too. This is just one of the many bad things.

The hotel is nice. The friendly staff. Room more than with balcony on the communal veranda . and even the view of the sea. But there were problems with the outlets in the room. One didn't work. Another one under the fridge. That leaves one outlet for two people and four devices. Showers are weird enough, everything spills on the floor, no normal curtain. Light animation, but we've only been to it a couple times. The food is normal. Nice chef. Every morning they gave me an omelet. It's usually pasta in the evening. The pool is almost not. It's a small circle where the coaster goes. They give out a beach towel at the pool. The beach is the saddest part. City beach. Ticket entry from reception. There's a bar hidden in the corner, working from 10. There's a lot of locals on the beach who sell tickets for 150. They leave good seats for them. And they're housed first. They're a priority for workers. Since they pay straight away and order drinks. You can't move the sunbed a few inches into the shade, you have to sit in the scorching sun. Otherwise, the employees swear. People who pay money can leave their stuff on sunbeds and walk away. And the hotel guests don't, they start fighting right away. The beach is coral, but on the side there is a narrow passage without them. Swimming only with a mask, or you might come across dangerous fish. There's not even a lifeguard on the beach. The room can be extended for $20 until 6 p.m.

The hotel really liked it: not a big hotel with polite and friendly staff. They smile with all their hearts and it makes you feel even better. The attitude of the staff towards the hotel guests, by family - kind and responsive. The receptionists work in an excellent manner, with knowledge of many languages. The hotel's restaurant is always freshly prepared, with a variety of European and Egyptian dishes. The hotel bar is supplied with various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. That's how the beach bar works. Rooms are cleaned daily and with quality, using disinfectants. First impression, homey. The hotel is on line two, but that's not a problem at all. It's even nice to walk to the beach. Dexon Roma is located on the main street of Hurghada and it is very good. Excellent location: access to the main street, pharmacies, shops, supermarkets, other beaches and attractions of the city. Discotheques, nightclubs of walking distance. The hotel hosts an evening show, after which hotel animators accompany guests to nightclubs in the city of Hurghada. I'm very grateful to the hotel staff for having a great vacation.
