Sentido Mamlouk Palace Resort And Spa

Our experience at Sunrise Mamlook Hotel was extremely disappointing. Our booking via Agoda was suddenly canceled, even though it was confirmed. The hotel sent a message to Agoda stating they do not accept Egyptians, which led to discrimination. We were forced to pay a much higher amount-over double-to let us stay in hotel. The hotel staff, from the manager to the front desk, were completely unprofessional and lacked humanity. We ended up waiting nine hours with small children, without even offering food or place to stay/change our clothes.

My first stop at Hurgada was at this hotel. I was a little bit scary but the hotel is very beautiful, the gardens are perfect, big pool with a pool bar - yes, thats perfect too with bartenders👌🏼food is also great, everyday is something different😃 and also, the servise is perfect, beach is really good (thats surprised me😃) and the animation team - perfect 🤩 everyone is very communicative - Victor is a really great person - you definitely won’t be bored with him, Kimo and Marley are really good dancers, a nice guys, Bara, Misa, Tera are also really nice persons, really kind. For the vacation is this hotel, perfect choice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
