We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Although the rooms are a bit dated and the hotel is more on the budget-friendly side, everything else exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely outstanding—fresh, delicious, and with an incredible variety every single day. The cleanliness throughout the restaurants and lobby was exceptional, and you could really see how hardworking and dedicated the staff are. They truly deserve recognition for their effort and kindness. A special mention goes to the animation team—they were simply amazing! Full of energy, fun, and always creating a great atmosphere for guests of all ages. The beach was beautiful, clean, and perfect for relaxing. This hotel may not be the most luxurious, but it has something far more valuable—it has soul. The warmth, dedication, and positive energy of the people make all the difference. Thank you for giving us such beautiful memories. We would happily come back again

Firstly this was on the cheaper side so our expectations were not too high. The reception are is nice and always someone on duty. The room we had was cosy and had been refurbished. Very basic but in a great position just 2 mins walk from pool and beach. Overall it was a good budget holiday but I probably would not stay here again. The vast majority of staff are all incredibly friendly and although we did tip, it was not expected at the hotel. Other places tips were almost demanded! The entertainment team worked hard, but the quality was pretty awful and the Miss Paradise competition with the "sexy poses" felt like something out of the 70s! They seemed to have 1 or 2 playlists which pumped out very loud music at times and foam parties on the beach were cringe. The food was OK, lots of choice but as always with all inclusives it does get repetitive. The BBQ restaurant was great and we managed to go there a few times. The drinks were awful, the lager was drinkable but the wine and spirits so weak and the soft drinks were like liquid sugar. Lots of things not included so beware. There were very few English families here, vast majority German and Russian with some Egyptian families. The beach was nice with lots of sun beds but get there super early to grab one near the front. There were a few fishes you could see while snorkelling but the lifeguard whistles you back if you go too far out whuch is fair enough. The pool was lovely and mostly quiet while we were there. We went on a trip to the reef which was good, £30 booked at the aqua centre. Definitely come back to Egypt but probably earlier than July as very hot and worth paying more for a better hotel.

First of all, we only booked this hotel because it was cheap! Lobby, dining hall, and outdoor terrace were renovated. An Oriental restaurant was added. Beach/water is nice, however, there is only a lot of sand in the front area; from the second row on, there is only a little and dirty sand. Although an employee walks around in the evening with a plastic bag to pick up trash, the actual trash is skillfully ignored here. Sun loungers are made of wood but are still very comfortable due to the cushions. Often you are approached by vendors and employees on the beach, and a "no" is sometimes not accepted, and after a few days, you are approached again to see if you have changed your mind, but that is just how it is in Egypt. The standard rooms at the double bungalow are so worn out and aged, really shabby; normally, something like this should no longer be rented out. Room service tries very hard, but they cannot perform miracles. Green areas are partially maintained and kept in good condition, but the paths between the bungalows are a total disaster, chipped ground, sharp edges, actually similar to construction site paths—really bad. Trash cans are standing around everywhere with the inscription "Please Protect our Earth," and at the terrace bar, drinks are served in disposable plastic cups when the glasses are all out in use. Soft drinks, local beer, and spirits + coffee are free in the "All Inclusive" package. Everything else costs money. Nice to highlight are the snacks at the Oriental restaurant from 4-5 PM—ice cream on a stick is also included. Dining hall, as is so often the case in Egypt, nothing works without a tip. You are skillfully ignored arrogantly by the staff and do not receive drinks, cutlery, or napkins. A few employees are very friendly even without a tip; you can tell that they enjoy their job, while the others are downright disgusted to serve the guests when they feel like it. Cleanliness in the hall became significantly better during our stay after quite a few guests had complained. But still, 1 rag for the whole hall. The food quality is commensurate with the price-performance ratio. When German is spoken, you have to be careful; almost all the employees there can speak German.
