I was at this enchanting little hotel in El Gouna for the second time. The staff remembered me immediately, and the welcome was very warm. The food was also consistently very plentiful and of good quality! There is simply something for every taste, and you can also enjoy the fresh salads and ice cubes in the drinks without worry! The entertainment team is very friendly but unobtrusive, which I found very pleasant. In addition, the vendors on the beach are also very nice and not pushy. Here I would especially like to mention Michael, who puts a lot of effort into providing the right advice and selection of spa treatments; I can highly recommend the VIP pedicure and the VIP facial treatment. Likewise, Abdul and Mohamed are very attentive to the guests and offer an all-around carefree package when it comes to boat trips, snorkeling, and also diving. Since I am a trained Dive Master myself, I pay close attention to safety standards, and these are fully taken into account. I am very happy to come back to this hotel, and even as a solo female traveler, you can spend your vacation here very carefree, safely, and relaxed. I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel and will definitely come back.

The main point that made this holiday, was the staff excellent from the cleaners, restaurant staff, bar staff all of them, my room was adequate not bad but dated. the hotel was full of really nice people from all sorts of places. Surrounding area is fantastic with marina's all over littered with boats that vary from expensive to very very expensive, restaurant catering for all taste. walking is great but remember the heat. I always think how good is a hotel, my way is would I go back, most definitely, met loads of returning people

Best all inclusive experience ever: adults only, exceptionally helpful staff, everything super clean, excellent food, could hardly be better, everything top! 24/7 doctor present which I unfortunately had to use: best doctor ever. NOTHING can go wrong here if you come for a relaxing holiday with some refreshments (water sports, luxor, etc.). Easy with Tuktuk to center (so-so) and harbor (nice)
