READ AND SAVE YOUR MONEY Insane place, broken fan, broken shower, broken light, no electricity fo 5 days out of 7, staff mixing drinks with spoiler watter or shaking by their own disgusting hands. 4 hours waiting till we got our rooms, food was there the first 30 minutes, then there was no food. The pool was green —-> brown colour, We got dirty towels, and dirty sheet and bedding. Sea is 500 m away and on the end of the road to sea, there is 5 broken old wood stairs. Miracle is we survived. Air conditioning was broken and we got 40 degrees in the room, my photos will show it all.

We had a great 10-day holiday at Crystal Beach Hotel. The hotel has a beautiful location and everything is very clean and well maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and always made us feel welcome. The food was very good with lots of variety every day. The seafood restaurant is highly recommended – it was really excellent. We had a lovely sea view room which was kept very clean by a very friendly cleaner who made great decorations of towels for us every day – that was a very nice detail. This was our first time in a resort in Egypt. Of course, there may be even more luxurious hotels, but if we ever come back, it will be this hotel. If something is good, why would you look for something else? Thank you Crystal Beach Hotel for a fantastic holiday!
