A Hotel You Fall in Love with from the First Minute: Jaz Neo Dar El Madina is an Absolute Delight! I have never written reviews before. Usually, people evaluate the sea, the beach, or the variety of dishes. But I want to start with the main treasure of this hotel—its incredible team. These people created such a cosmic level of comfort for us, the likes of which we have never seen anywhere else. And this is truly more important than anything else! This was my 14th time in Egypt, so I have plenty to compare it with, and I can say with absolute confidence: the reception here is the best in all of Egypt! 1. First Impression and Reception Unfortunately, I don’t remember everyone's names, but we were welcomed by a wonderful young man wearing glasses (it was on June 13, 2026, around 4:00–5:00 PM). Everything about him is impressive: a fantastic combination of professionalism, good manners, modesty, and genuine friendliness. He helped us on multiple occasions, and every single interaction with him left us with incredibly pleasant emotions. 2. Guest Relations Special, warmest words of gratitude and deep respect go to the Guest Relations Manager, Mr. Omar. He is an incredibly polite, caring, attentive, and professional person. Absolutely all the guests knew and simply adored him! In all my 14 visits to Egypt, he is the first Guest Relations Manager I have ever seen truly working at 100%. He is simply amazing. 3. Restaurant and Bars: Top-Tier Service The Restaurant Manager is a top-level professional who is perfectly suited for his position. I have never seen such sterile, perfect cleanliness in Egyptian restaurants! He controls every little detail and helps the staff himself—you won't spot a single crumb or piece of trash. The staff is extremely friendly and fast: they clear plates instantly and offer drinks right away. There are always pleasant conversations and warm wishes! The food is always fresh, and it never happens that a dish runs out. The fruits were a bit green (we would have preferred sweeter and riper plums and pears, as well as watermelons and pineapples), but the apples and melon were very tasty. A la Carte Restaurant: The Asian A la Carte restaurant (sushi, etc.) deserves a special mention—the food there is delicious, and an absolutely wonderful team works there. We were completely thrilled! Atmosphere in the bars: Huge thanks to the bartender, Eid—a remarkably lovely man who created a cozy, home-like atmosphere every evening with his signature cocktails and lively, warm conversation. The guys at the pool bars are also very attentive: they constantly offer drinks, treat guests to several types of ice cream, and organize mega-fun and hilarious cocktail-making masterclasses. 4. Animation: Areas for Improvement (Contrast with Jaz Lamaya) As for the animation, they weren't noticeable at all for the first two days. Only after our request to add some activities by the pool did aqua aerobics appear. We even showed them a video from the neighboring Jaz Lamaya hotel, where they danced a signature hotel dance—and, to their credit, the very next evening, a hotel dance appeared at our place too. However, the animators themselves (two older men) seem a bit tired. They lack that very spark, passion, and fire in their eyes, and one evening we even noticed an animator who was tipsy. They are decent at running board games and sports activities by the pool, but since the majority of the hotel guests are seniors, these activities are mostly geared toward them. (We don't count the dance show groups, as they come from outside). As a result, in the evenings, we simply "escaped" to the show programs at the neighboring Jaz Lamaya. We even left the joint pool party (which was organized for two hotels—Jaz Neo Dar and Sataya) because our animators weren't quite ready to "light up" the crowd. It was also striking that they are constantly filming video reports of their work for the management. But the animation at Jaz Lamaya was always an absolute delight! There is a young, wild, mega-driven team of animators and their host working there. They give 100% to their job, dance so well, and engage the audience so perfectly that after their performances, you leave with a feeling of absolute happiness and a desire to return to the hotel. They simply enjoy what they do! It was like night and day compared to our animators. We even approached them personally and thanked them for such a high quality of work. The beach party by their team was something incredible! Conclusion The service at Jaz Neo Dar El Madina is truly of the highest level. At this point, even the sea with its turtles and fish was no longer the main focus, but simply a pleasant bonus to the fantastic team of this hotel. Thanks to the staff, our vacation turned into a real, unforgettable celebration. This is a place you want to return to again and again! P.S. I would also like to share one major wish that I truly hope will be considered: please allow guests of Jaz Dar El Madina to use other pools throughout the complex. Our own pool is very small. Moreover, when you are walking to the sea or around the territory under the scorching sun with a child, you naturally just want to cool off for 5–10 minutes. Unfortunately, we are not allowed into the other pools, and this is something we would really love to see fixed.

Special hotel, nice staff, animation very good, espacially Hakim, DJ Magry and Disha. Very good food and everything is clean
