Baron Palms Resort

One of the most wonderful stays I have ever enjoyed was at Baron Palms Resort Sharm El Sheikh. Everything about the hotel reflects great attention to detail and a genuine commitment to guest comfort. The first thing that catches your eye is the beauty of the beach, with its crystal-clear turquoise waters and clean sandy shore. The stunning coral reefs make swimming and snorkeling an unforgettable experience. The swimming pool is also large, clean, and well-maintained, offering a perfect atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment throughout the day. What impressed me the most was the Animation Team. They are full of positive energy, friendliness, and professionalism, and they make sure to involve everyone in fun activities without being intrusive. There were daily activities on the beach and around the pool, such as group games, competitions, dancing, and fitness sessions, in addition to foam parties and special events that created a lively and exciting atmosphere. The evening shows were also amazing and diverse, including musical performances, dance shows, and professional entertainment acts that made every night a unique and enjoyable experience. The service throughout the hotel deserves high praise. All staff members are polite, welcoming, and quick to respond to any request, always with a smile. You can truly feel their genuine care for guests’ comfort. The bars are also excellent, offering a wide variety of hot and cold drinks and cocktails of very high quality. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and extremely clean, with daily housekeeping done carefully and with attention to every detail, which made the stay very comfortable throughout the vacation. Honestly, Baron Palms Resort offers a complete experience that combines relaxation, luxury, entertainment, and outstanding service. I would like to thank all the staff, especially the Animation Team, for making this holiday full of beautiful memories. This will definitely not be my last visit, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special stay in Sharm El Sheikh.

We chose this hotel for it's adult only convenience. It's a nice hotel, but a bit of a strange layout. We had a lower floor 'garden' view room, which actually faces the main road, but is hidden by trees. We asked the lovely Guest Relations young lady, Ashleigh, if she could help us change to a higher level room as we didn't think it was private enough on the ground level. The hotel was able to accommodate but the view from upstairs was not a good one -beyond the tops of the trees it faces the hill across the road that is a construction site, and dead trees etc. The room itself was very nice, and very clean. Toiletries were replenished very well and we only had to ask for a towel once. The food is a very good standard, we enjoyed meals in the main buffet. The staff in there were exceptional - nothing was too much trouble. There is a pool bar that serves lunch, and one day I didn't eat at lunchtime and wanted a snack a bit later at 4.45. This snack bar is supposed to be open until 5pm, but I was lied to by one member of staff that they had finished at 4.30. It was sorted when the manager appeared and I was able to eat something. This pool bar also serves as an à la carte and we ate there one evening, and it was delicious. The pool is nice enough, the waterfall thing is a nice touch, but the jacuzzi bits didn't really work properly. The pool guys (especially the really tall one) were very friendly and helpful. The beach is very sandy - and also a 5 minute walk away, something that we didn't like - especially as you have to walk past the dreaded shops and risk being hassled. The beach beds were well maintained and comfortable and the beach staff were lovely - very helpful & friendly. The evening entertainment wasn't really our thing, so we went and played pool after dinner. During the day we like peace and quiet while we're trying to relax poolside, but they had aqua gym every morning, and the music was just too loud. The hotel runs a free shuttle bus to Soho Square (and somewhere else) a few days a week, which was nice, so we went there one evening. On the day of checking out, we were told we could use the Spa to shower, but not only do they not supply towels or any toiletries - there is no lock on the door! there was no privacy and nowhere to put your belongings while you showered - anyone can walk in - and they did - so no shower for me then. Overall, the Baron Palms is a nice, clean hotel with good food, but we missed having a beachfront location and the sea views, so we will not return.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. Everything was great. I highly recommend it!
