The hotel doesn't pull a 4 at all. Were in it for 12 nights, the cleaners are all friendly. When they arrived, they started processing, as if they gave a very nice room for which you need to pay extra, well, give some. The room is old, the pillows are impossible to sleep on, tall and very hard. Cleanliness is fine. The shower is leaking, one shower trip and the whole bathroom is in water, used a foot towel as a rag. Room soap in the dispenser(bad smell) and shower gel, nothing else, not even the toilet ershick had to be asked for. It smells like sewers all the time, and mosquitoes fly through the vent, and then bite all night. At the bar, they pour beer into small cups (half a glass of foam) and periodically resent going often. And it is also a hotel for smoking, the peppers lie everywhere and if “local guests” smoke sitting near you, the administration says that you can, you can go elsewhere. There were a lot of "local visitors" without a frame of decency. Meals are the same every day, potatoes, rice, pasta, lots of vegetables stewed, fish, chicken dried and beef occasionally. Fruits were oranges, dates and melons less often. In the middle of the rest they got an intestinal infection (in the sea and pool did not swim, ate only in a local restaurant). Been with a kid for six years, nothing to do but pool. From animation, only charging on the beach happens, nothing else. Very sorry for wasting your vacation and money at this hotel, I do not recommend. Of the plus-on the beach there are always free sunbeds and beautiful fish, good location. Loud music yells late into the night from the street, and the constant hum of planes can be heard.

Didn't want to go to this hotel because of the name, in the end my gut didn't let it down just because of the convenient location. Food for 3rd, nothing special, everything usually needs to be replaced with all the ovens that make pancakes, omelets and waffles. It's so very long. They fry like they're standing on 1st, you wait in the morning for 15 minutes, and they cook everything and people wait, patience is lacking. Brazen Ibrahim animator is only one thing in mind to beat out money for discotheques, not to put on interesting shows and leisure time doesn't speak correctly to grown women, hammy, first time I see such a daring animator. I'm in this hotel now it's 23.07 and repairs are under way in the building, smells of paint went to the reception and said don't knock and do repairs I go to bed early. Ignored and decided nothing to change the room they refused, supposedly full hotel is tied up, that's the service!!!! Although she asked for a Quiet Number!!!! So if you come to relax, it's not the fact that you can relax in this hotel. The principal isn't trying to solve anything, just empty words. What I paid for this hotel is unclear, saving for a year on vacation!

Relaxed at the hotel from 26.10 to 08.11.2025. In April of this year holidayed in Lyalina, this time booked Resort and was very satisfied. Second floor room in building 600, balcony overlooking a quiet street and the wall of a nearby hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel (11:30) the room was checked in immediately. They offered me a pool-view room for a surcharge, but I don't need it. Everything in the room worked properly: fridge, plumbing, body and everything. Clean and comfortable. He put up a sign for don’t disturb and nobody disturbed. Just sleeping in the room, back in the hotel after diving by evening. WI FI was available on site and in the room too. Food is normal, breakfast in the resort, dinner went to Lyalina , there somehow cozier and beer cold bottled Stella in the restaurant, and nearby in the bar Laguna pouring and also cold. The hotel staff are very sympathetic to the guests. Nothing was stressful during the holidays. Only one day something poisoned insects, a very unpleasant smell. And for a couple of nights, the disco from the hotel next door rattled very loudly, without earplugs. Ah, quiet and quiet, anyway. The location of the hotel is ideal. Downtown Naama Bay and the sea across the street. Diving club nearby (near Lyalina Corps Lagoon Bar). I recommend Cataract for a quiet and relatively inexpensive (yet) holiday.
