The hotel is wonderful, the grounds are huge, the staff is very responsive! Thank you to the chefs and waiters at Spices for my best service and food! All the guys are very friendly! Thank you and the restaurant administrators, Sameh and Taha you are the best! Bartender Eltayeb Harem pool is the best in the complex! Waiters Fady, Mohamed, Bassem thank you for your hard work! Gamal makes the best pasta! They don't even do that in Italy. All in all the rest was successful, we'll be back here with pleasure!

We came to the Domina Coral Bay invited by friends who have a timeshare and, initially, we were seriously considering buying one ourselves. We also attended the information meeting for the timeshare, but after spending six days here we completely changed our minds. The service was truly disappointing. Our package included the shuttle service with the golf cart, which should have been available at any time of the day. In reality, every time we had to wait over 20 minutes to be taken from one part of the resort to the other, making every trip inconvenient and frustrating. Another unacceptable aspect was the reception service. From the room, we tried several times to call numbers 8 and 81 to contact the reception, but during the entire stay, no one ever answered us. Every time we were forced to call a golf cart to reach the reception or go there on foot, despite the large size of the resort and the 40 degrees. It is absurd that a facility of this level has a reception that is practically unreachable by phone. We also requested a drying rack which, unlike the other accommodations, was missing from our room. I called in the afternoon and was told that they would bring it. In the evening I called back and was told that it would arrive the next morning. In the end, we never received it. The handling of the late check-out was also terrible. Even though we stayed for six days instead of the week (7 days) that we were offered, we were not granted any flexibility. We had asked for a late check-out because my partner had contracted a stomach virus and absolutely needed to be able to stay in the room a few hours longer. Despite the situation, they showed no understanding and made us pay a supplement of €60. The most absurd thing is that, after paying the supplement for the late check-out, they didn't even let us stay in our room. They made us move to another room, forcing us to move all our luggage. Once we arrived, we found the new room still needing to be tidied up: it was evident that the previous guests had just left it and the room had not yet been cleaned and prepared. A truly unacceptable inconvenience, especially considering that we had paid an additional cost. We also purchased a package of 8 massages at the spa, for an expense of about 400 euros. Unfortunately, this service was also disappointing and not up to the cost incurred, further contributing to making our experience negative. The management by the girls at the D Club was inattentive and not at all customer-oriented, while the reception staff proved to be rude and unhelpful. It is a real shame, because we had arrived with the intention of purchasing a timeshare. After this experience, and after the numerous service failures encountered, we completely gave up on the idea. Personally, I would not return here even if they offered me a free month of vacation. An experience that, unfortunately, I absolutely do not feel like recommending.
