Fantazia Hotel

This hotel was that bad we dis not even check in. We were not refunded the coat of the room. We were very disappointed in the reaction we got both from the hotel and the third party we booked through.

This hotel caters mainly for the Russians and I got bored of the food after 5 or 6 days, the mojority of the guests are from Russia and Ukraine, with English being 3rd, it's hardly surprising then that there is around 15 in the animation team and only 1 English girl, Bono or Pono (forgive my spelling) from sharm was brilliant, but the one person that made our holiday it was Sveta, she not only works with the animation team but she also does the kids club, my 3 year old daughter loved her to pieces and Sveta always had time to smile, chat and play with her despite her busy schedule, the sea group NEED to keep hold of people like this and hire more like her!

What could I possibly say about this hotel, service was absolutely SHOCKING!! Food was terrible, rooms were not cleaned everyday! Shower flooding every time we showered! No mosquito deterrent! Ground floor w/c was NEVER cleaned whilst there. Services did NOT want to listen to anything we wanted, ripped us off on taxis, restaurants was NOT helpful at all! Refused to serve FREE alcohol 'before 11pm' Food was only serviced between 11am - 11pm which is ridiculous!! Food - all inclusive but you only get 1 SMALL bottle of water in 40 degrees per day! SHOCKING! Food served NEVER any fruit in this hot weather!! Wifi only worked in reception! NEVER AGAIN! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!
