I had a wonderful stay at Grand Rotana Resort and really enjoyed my time there. Everything was great, from the beautiful surroundings and clean rooms to the food and overall atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even better. I would especially like to mention Anya from the animation team. She is a very pleasant, friendly, and professional person who always brings positive energy and makes guests feel welcome. Also, a special thank you to Ayman, who welcomed and assisted guests at dinner. He is simply the best! His attitude, professionalism, and genuine kindness really stood out and made every dinner feel special. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend Grand Rotana Resort. I would gladly come back again!

It was a very nice surprise. Luckily l can say l've been many holidays in my life but it was far the best. Hotel staff from receptionist to diving centre were incredibly friendly and helpful. The way the always smiled and the respect to my family was unbelievable . Food was good, and restaurant always clean. Room clean but bathroom need some upgrades. It was ok but needs some work. Pool clean and massive. Bars are great and all drinks bottles they even filled up coffee machines with bottled water. Unfortunately l can't describe the sea life... you must see it.
